NEW! SPARK 9 Square in the Air Bonus Unit
SPARK
The new SPARK 9 Square in the Air bonus unit is available in SPARK Digital! With 9 Square in the Air, teachers can explore a different context for ball control, decision-making, and respectful participation.

What is 9 Square in the Air?
9 Square in the Air is a group game played beneath an elevated grid of nine squares, with players striking a ball upward between spaces.
In the standard game, players work toward the center position. A player exits after an error, others advance, and a new participant enters. Teachers should review the official rules and equipment instructions before introducing the game.
That is the basic game format. How you teach it should reflect your lesson objectives, students’ readiness, available space, and opportunities for participation.
