Use the Brain Boosters videos and CD to teach Classroom ASAP (Active As Soon As Possible) activities quickly throughout the school day. They are perfect for use during a break from academic learning or to get students energized before starting the day. In the Fast Breaks videos, students follow along with animated characters on screen as they complete aerobic, strength, and flexibility activities. All activities have been proven to engage students and increase activity levels & academic achievement. CD includes 24 classroom ASAP lesson plans and audio tracks. DVD includes 50 videos.
